This blog has been created to define the reason behind Senna Finances constitution, evolvement and purpose. Once a startup in the Belgian accounting-tax advisory sector, guiding sole-entrepreneurs and SMEs, at present the firm is looking to scale-up its public bookkeeping and tax advisory operations providing :

  • real-time accounting
  • tax advice
  • business law guidance

Our purpose : servicing high value adding functions to your company.

Executive summary

We view a meaningful addressable opportunity in disrupting the Belgian standard tax and accounting practice by providing in depth knowledge and intense involvement in the activities of each customer … in our experience a void in the market.

Whereby financial services shall no longer be seen as just another commodity service but as an indispensable asset to the business and each stakeholder.

By achieving reciprocal collaboration, an inclusive and clear guidance towards a common goal can and will be reached.

This sets the company’s vision and mission, insuring high-quality accounting and fiscal servicing by maintaining the following Senna Finances standards — pillars : inclusive business planning, budgeting analysis, continuous- and integrated reporting, non-procrastination, up-to-date cloud-based cooperation and last but not least high-quality knowledge sharing.

The firm guarantees your choice by providing true value pricing (perceived value of the customer rather than on historical prices), based on a subscription model. To sum up — selling knowledge, not time.

Key fundamental differentiators

As the CEO of the firm, with a 10 year experience within accountancy-corporate tax in the greater Brussels and Flemish Brabant area, it is foremost my ambition to set the bar regarding the overall client experience and not to seek any economic RENT based revenue stream through general outdated basic accountancy servicing.

Biweekly blogposts will offer my views on the finance world, ranging from corporate governance, social security challenges, monetary policy to corporate income tax, leveraging in a debt-filled world and corporate law.

As it is my conviction that the overall bookkeeper/tax advisor — client experience needs to be a win-win upon which all noses need to point in the same direction and guidance/advice isn’t frowned upon.

This blog won’t contain any copy-paste articles consisting of minor law modifications, as it will offer a divers range of self-written, documented and properly analysed articles.

My biweekly braindump may serve as a business card to the overall Senna Finances servicing and hopefully generate a prolific future collaboration in tax advisory and accounting.

In order to reach a broader audience these blogposts will be posted in English, Dutch or French depending on the topic, as the company mostly targets Belgian SMEs.
